This package is all about working together to stage the main areas of the home utilizing what you already own plus a few extra pieces.

for 2000-3000 SQ.ft Homes
This package is intended for larger client homes where all rooms require staging. A team of stagers will work with existing items in the home plus additional pieces to create a cohesive and inviting space for potential buyers. This package includes:

A 30 min in-person consultation to review the home and what is required before staging day

Up to 7 hours staging the home

Editing and storing items

Re-arrangement of furniture for optimal space

placement of art, accessories and lighting

Recommendations for any small repairs or painting to consider

10-20 rented pieces of either art, accessories, rugs, or small furniture ( accent tables) that will be left in the home for one month.
